SEPAF (Swedish Patent Agencies’ Association) is committed to supporting and promoting research and knowledge in the field of intellectual property rights. Our scholarship is intended for students who are curious about the role of patent protection in solving the challenges of our time and who want to explore the topic through an essay.
Companies such as Ericsson and Spotify are living examples of how access to exclusivity and to innovative technology through patents has been crucial to their success and current values.
